Watertown Hotel - A Staypineapple Hotel

We had a wonderful stay. My dog and I were truly happy at this hotel. All of the staff welcomed my dog warmly and even played with him. Since I don’t get to visit the U.S. often, I had a lot of deliveries sent to the hotel, and I’m very grateful that the staff kindly received everything for me. I requested a kettle and a microwave, and they brought them to my room right away. Parking was also convenient. The location is great — there’s a Starbucks, the University of Washington, Trader Joe’s, and many other places within walking distance. It felt very safe, and it was perfect for walking my dog. I will definitely come back to this hotel. And…I miss Max so much 한국인 + 강아지가 있다면 가세요 추천 !!!

Had a short but very pleasant stay. The highlight was the excellent customer service by the staff member working in the morning of Oct 12 (sorry, I did not catch his name!). Without his service I don’t think I would have felt compelled to leave a review. A close second would be the incredibly comfortable and fluffy duvets. I also loved that the room did not have carpet. The pillows were a little too flat and low for my comfort but that’s a personal preference. Location is good with the proximity to eating places and public transit, even though we drove. I would stay here again.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels. I mean, a LOT of hotels, and I have to say, my experience at the Staypineapple Watertown Hotel was the best experience I have EVER had at a mid-tier hotel. This is not a luxury hotel. You won't find room service or fine dining on-site, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable (best hotel sleep I've gotten in a long time), the staff is remarkable, and I felt safe and secure. The rooms are roomy, bright and cheery with lots of pops of color and wood accents throughout. Well appointed with a standard mini-fridge, a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The towels are so thick and soft, as are the duvets (TWO per queen sized bed). The staff was wonderful, super nice and gave excellent recommendations for dining nearby. (I really wish I'd gotten the name of the front desk clerk that recommended Secret Burger Kitchen and Manager's Pizza. Whoever you are, your choices were impeccable!) Parking was a standard Seattle nightmare. This hotel does have an attached paid garage but my truck is too big to fit into many of the garages in Seattle so I opted for an open-air lot right across the street from the hotel, so it was convenient. Overall, I would 100% recommend this Staypineapple location (my first stay in one of their hotels.) If they have the same high standards at all of their locations, I will definitely make it a point to seek them out above all others.

A wonderful 3 star hotel with 5 star cleanliness, service, and quality. The beds were amazing, most comfortable I’ve had including home! Not something you expect to say about a hotel. Location was perfect, price was great and staff very helpful guiding to local venues.

I give this place 5 stars! We have been coming multiple times for medical appts at the U of W. They always give us the best price. Front desk is always kind and seem happy, rooms are clean and spacious. Within walking distance to restaurants. Very clean and safe place to be.

We booked 2 nights to tour University of Washington because of the location, great rate, affordable parking fees, and good reviews. We texted the hotel to ask for a specific room location and they were able to honor it. Every employee on the phone, and at the front desk and cafe were so nice! Also, the room was very quiet and one of the CLEANEST hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We felt very safe with secured parking and elevator access. The only issues were gaps in the blackout shades, low water pressure, and flat pillows. The room was a little small and furniture a bit worn, but overall, this is a solid no-frills hotel with cute pineapple branding and decor that delivered just the right amount of comfort for a quick trip. Small touches here and there (lots of outlets for charging!! mini creamers in the fridge!! pineapple cookies!!) made us feel welcome.

I stayed here with my daughter for 1 night and I can honestly say that this was the best service we've ever had in a hotel! I've read so many amazing reviews from this hotel so I just had to give it a try and I'm glad we did. It was an early bday trip for my 10 year old daughter and so when the hotel emailed me my confirmation and asked if there was anything they could do to make it special, I mentioned that it was an early bday trip and asked if they could have something to surprise her with in the room and I offered to cover the costs associated with it. They emailed me back right away and asked about what her favorite things are like snacks, activities, music, etc. I couldn't believe how detailed they were with wanting to know about my daughter! Anyway, when we checked in, I don't know what I was expecting but I definitely didn't expect what they did for us! The entire room was decorated with Kpop Demon Hunters themed balloons and banners, plus there was a present for her!!!! They gave her stickers, some branded items from her favorite kpop groups and a gift card to a nearby boba shop. I was blown away and brought to tears at their over-the-top service. We've had a really rough year, and recently lost her aunt very suddenly, so this surprise was very much needed and appreciated. The room itself was so clean and although there's some construction going on around the hotel right now, it didn't take away from the comfort we had in the room and the high level of customer service we received. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you so much to everyone who helped out in making our trip extra special!!!!
